1. Cancel Orders

Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel any Product within 24 hours of placing the order.And if your product has already shipped within 24 hours we do not offer cancellation or modification.

If you want to cancel your order or change your address, please notify our Custom Care Team right away by emailing us at [email protected]. We don't accept any cancellation after 24 hours of placing the order.

Please note : If the Delivery is rejected, the product will be returned to us after 2-3 delivery attempts. In that case the refund will be initiated after deduction of return-forward shipping costs & transaction charges.

If a buyer rejects the delivery of any cash on delivery order, the cash on delivery option will not be available anymore for future.

2. Exchange

Our policy lasts 10 days. We are more than happy to replace a non-artificially damaged product with the same item within 10 days of receiving it. Please just send us an email at [email protected] . And please make sure that the product and packaging are intact and scratch-free.

Please note that all sale items are final. No exchange applies for change of mind (including - but not limited to - colour, size, and/or model changes). Sorry for any inconvenience.

3. Returns

Product purchased from himster.in is eligible for return within the first 10 days of receipt. We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to process a return we require authorization, please contact Care Team at [email protected] with your order details before sending any return. If more than 10 days have gone since you have received your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you send a return without authorization, we will be unaware of the return and no action will be processed automatically. Due to the low profit nature of our products, we will not be responsible for shipping fee for subjective returns. The shipping fee that needs to be deducted based on the actual shipping cost. Himster reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

4. Warranty

All our Products have a one-year warranty that guarantees quality. Our 365-Day warranty covers any manufacturer damage and we will maintain any product as we commit to provide excellent customer service, but we do not issue refunds for mishandled/burnt/customer damaged/physically tempered product. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you believe that your product is defective and you are the original purchaser, please take a moment to send us an email to [email protected], so we can get this sorted out for you right away.

Please ensure you attach the video of the Product and the proof of purchase, otherwise your claim may be denied or asked to retake the photos, which will delay the turnaround time.

Once we have received the email back we will be in touch within 2-4 business days with an outcome to your warranty request.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your cancellation/ return is approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have Started processing the refund. We will also notify you of the rejection of your refund in case.

We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-­5 business days).

Please note that once the order is cancelled, the transaction fee will be deducted from the refund. If the product has entered the shipping process, the original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

6. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

We request you to check with your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund being reflected.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be canceled within 24 hours. Unfortunately sale items cannot be canceled or refunded.
