We have two shipping warehouses: Gujarat and New Delhi Warehouse.
The shipping warehouse may change due to the destination and product inventory.
We accept all major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard,Rupay & American Express,), Net Banking, UPI, Paytm Wallet. We also provide Cash on delivery option to our beloved customers. Please note that cash on delivery option is subject to availability at delivery location.
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in your order and shipping total. Himster assumes no responsibility for duties incurred on discounted or promotional items. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Any item that is returned because the customer not paying customs duties will not be able to process for the refund.
By placing an order, you authorize Himster to import your product on your behalf and agree to Himster delegating the import of your products to a third party. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based off product value.
Once your order has shipped and the carrier has generated a tracking number, you will be emailed the tracking information. Tracking information is available within your account. Few international orders will not guarantee tracking after they arrival the destination country.
Our products usually ship within 1-2 business days (do NOT include weekends or holidays). Please be patient my friend, sometimes it will take about few days to be processed by the logistics.
We strive to get all orders received before 10.00 AM (Indian Standard Time) shipped out the same (business) day. We ship from our warehouses in Gujarat and New Delhi and depending on our inventory and your location. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays. Once the tracking number is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email!
